Just a quick update on the election situation here in Ohio. Voters in the Buckeye State are STILL voting at some polling places. Yes, although the polls officially closed at 7:30 pm, state law allows anyone in line at the time that polls close to cast their ballot. So, nearly 7 hours after the “end” of voting, some in the state are still waiting to cast their votes. Hats off to those with the patience and conviction to wait to participate in this election. Clearly some people still believe that their vote counts and are willing to stand behind that belief - literally.
