The New York Times is confirming that there will be more Reserve Call-ups in the next year.  In a story yesterday,  Army officials confirmed that there will be an involuntary callup, the current projected number is around 5600, and it will involve IRR troops.

The same information was presented today, appended to the end of a story on how NATO will be involved in training security forces.  In this separate story on Reserve callups, an Army official stated that up to 5600 Reserve troops will be called within the year, some within the month.
